Interview
I applied online and I was called in for a group interview at their office. About a week after the group interview, the hiring manager had called me to come in for a one on one interview at their office again. After the one on one interview, I had to submit a background check and after that I got a call a week later with an offer to join Lululemon.
interview process are very behavior and situational questions. As you are meant to lead with your own entrepreneurship they want to see how you might react to certain situations. Tell me about a time you had to give negative feedback ? How to you show up with Inclusivity?

Interview
Two rounds of interviews. 1st being a virtual group interview over zoom. Introduced the brand and its core values and asked questions about your past experiences and some behavioural as well. 2nd round of interviews is a one-on-one and more of the same questions.

What was one time you received criticism that you didn’t expect and how did you deal with it?
Interview was easy and quick. The interviewing team was amazing. It was a group interview so everyone got a chance to speak. No one was missed and the interviewers took time into account.
