I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at lululemon
Interview
It was a group interview over zoom with about 15-20 other candidates. They only had you answer 2 questions but it took about an hour, mostly just listening to other people answer the question. It was a little awkward when multiple people tried to start talking to answer the question at the same time. Was shocked to hear how low the pay was ($14.50/hr or $15.70/hr if you're bilingual) but they did say you can earn a "20% bonus" each month but didn't elaborate on how.

I applied online. I interviewed at lululemon (Vancouver, BC) in Sept 2023
Interview
Internal group style interview. Consisted of introductions and 3 questions. Interviewer went around age ashes each of us. Group was no more than 6 people and each person was from a different state. Interview was extremely easy and the questions asked were very basic.

Question 1
Cannot remember the question verbatim, however it concerned my ability to work in a team
It started with a group interview. A few weeks later an email was sent asking for availability and then an offer letter came shortly. Didn’t require a second interview for internal candidates
Super easy, group, being hired is guaranteed, very non traditional interview, no stress at all, this is for contract, no guarantee to keep you after the contract, don’t have expectations.
