I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at lululemon (Vancouver, BC) in Aug 2018
Interview
Filled out an online application, didn't finish it, got an email from the team asking me to fill out a different application for the specific role. Then was asked to come in for a group interview, about 12 people. After the interview, I was called back within a half hour then came in the next day for an interview with 2 people. I was offered a job a few days later. I started training after a month due to my schedule.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at lululemon (London, England) in Oct 2025
Interview
Came in without many expectations. Was a group interview (5-6 others) over coffee that was paid for. Store manager, assistant manager and an employee interviewed us. One was keeping note, and two were asking us questions. You got volunteer to answer first, but eventually it just turned into going around in the order we sat.
