I applied online. I interviewed at lululemon (Irvine, CA) in Oct 2014
Interview
You have a group interview where there is usually an ice breaker and fun questions. It can range from 5 people to 12 people. After the group interview there could also be a possible one on one with the manager or sweat date. Since I could not make the group interview, they were very flexible and I interviewed with the Manager and ASM. I think it was more beneficial because I talked to highest up people when they typically do not do the group interviews.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at lululemon (London, England)
Interview
Relatively easy interview, focusing more on your personality and working attitude. The staff there are pretty friendly and give you so much positive energy. The whole process was quite enjoyable
iI had a group interview with 8 people. The interviewers were very friendly and it was a very relaxed atmosphere. They asked questions popcorn style and everyone got a chance to answer.
