I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at lululemon (Edmonton, AB) in Oct 2016
Interview
I interviewed for two locations. Both interviewers contacted me via e-mail, inviting me to a group interview at a coffee shop. Both interviewers were super nice, and each group interview only had one and two other candidates besides me. However, both results were really disappointing. One wouldn't take me on because I had already booked vacation time around Christmas, and the other said they would consider continuing with the application if I was more "grounded in the downtown community." Seemed pretty pretentious to me.

Question 1
What kind of leader are you, tell me about a time you had to give feedback, what are your goals, think of an innovative idea for lululemon, how do you like to sweat, ect. Not many questions about the actual job but more about yourself and your goals and such.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at lululemon (London, England)
Interview
Relatively easy interview, focusing more on your personality and working attitude. The staff there are pretty friendly and give you so much positive energy. The whole process was quite enjoyable
iI had a group interview with 8 people. The interviewers were very friendly and it was a very relaxed atmosphere. They asked questions popcorn style and everyone got a chance to answer.
