Group Interview in-store with about 12 people total. Questions were team vibe check and individual preferences to ascertain whether or not you're the Lululemon type that they're looking to represent the brand. Job was retail sales focused - not a lot of questions in initial interview based on sales skills and retail experience.

There was 3 different interviews conducted in multiple settings. In store, yoga session, and another with stores associates. Too much for a simple position in my opinion, not even Wall Street does 3 interviews. Low pay.
