Completed a two-stage interview process with team members, covering role responsibilities, cross-functional collaboration, and expectations. The conversations also explored communication skills, problem-solving approach, and ability to support patients effectively throughout their care journey

Question 1
Questions about my experience dealing with patients and sensitive health topics.
I had the initial interview and was then ghosted. I should’ve known I would be when the interview ended with me asking about next steps and I received no indication as to when I’d hear back, only that there’s a total of 3 with the last one taking a few hours or an entire day which is enough of a red flag. A month after the initial interview I receive a rejection email thanking me for going through the interview process, but saying they will not move forward with my application. This was a ultimately a very negative experience and I won’t be applying to any more of their open positions.

Interview
Long, multi-step interview process but gave a ton of information about the company and gave me a ton of insight into the culture and various operations. It was a bit stressful because it took months from first conversation to offer, but I did like the opportunity to talk to so many people.
