Interview
All interactions were by email only. After being selected to a claimed "very hard to get stage", I was sent a challenge without any prior interview or human contact. The assignment took at least 4hrs to be completed and it was designed to do so. The feedback from the completed task looked junior and shallow to my level of experience, even nitpicking on developer tools. The last interaction, also by email, gave the impression that they had someone else in mind for the role and were doing the interview just as a procedure.
Good application questions design, it was fun to fill out the application. They include JS related questions into the first application, which is a good idea, even learned something about JS after answering those :)

Interview
They inform you quite well of the process and the expectations (available on their website as well). But for a company that apparently prides itself on being people centric, you won´t get face time with anyone until after you invest a few hours. They do send you a pre recorded video but the time investment from the company itself is almost 0, which is shocking considering the ask they do of candidates without even having a screening call.
