Introduction video call. They introduce the company and salary range. Then begin to walk through the resume, ask your previous experience, and if you have any questions for them. But the recording end has a bad Internet connection.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at kWh Analytics in Feb 2022
Interview
No recruiter call. My first round was 30-minute zoom meeting with the hiring manager. Interviewing questions are behavioral questions and resume questions combined, but more focus on the techinal background.
Be prepared to be asked behavioral questions earlier in the process, as well as questions designed to 'get you' later on in the process. Obviously these questions are not a good indicator of success in the role or team ability, but kWh subscribes to this Silicon Valley interview style so it is what it is.
I was interviewing for a finance role but it sounded like there was some sales (they call it 'business development') responsibilities as well, so be prepared and cautious
