In one sentence: Big waste of time. I had 2 in person interviews, one online video call and one phone call. I had to complete a 'challenge' before my 1st in person interview and during it. In total I spent 5h+ talking to them. This does not include emails sent or time for the 'challenge'. I was sent an offer and then told they do not think I am a good fit because I did not show enough interest in certain aspects of the company. Just a waste of time.
