Hiring process consists of two rounds.
First - phone interview, where you get several general questions regarding your background and motivation to work for Jacando. After that you are asked to give your feedback about the call (I was pleasantly surprised).
Second round - onsite interview. I was invited for the whole day to their office and was given a task to build a small app using certain technological stack. Time given - from 9.00 till 15.00. Of course, I was also invited for lunch, which is part of "cultural fit" evaluation.
