I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at in-House (Chino, CA) in Dec 2024
Interview
Him talking mostly about himself, briefly asks you about your background, then goes in on a political rant for the rest of the "interview". Second round of "interview" is a bit different. He starts out pretty much disrespecting me to the max saying "your generation is over, your generation celebrates Trump in office but you have no idea what you have done. The US is going to become a third world country because your generation can't take anything seriously"
I never shared my political stance, I don't care if YOU hate trump or not, i was there for the brand vision not who got in the office, Nor do i care if you have a fine art background, if you know it why does your brand's design look so bad? If you "hire me" then let me do my job, and ACTUALLY listen to my advice as a pro. I just graduated that time BUT I already had 3 years of experience in design as brand designer, editorial designer, trans media designer AND Design consultant and strategist. YET you still don't trust the art director and I.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
- How are you?
- What do you think about trump being in office?
- You worked at a restaurant before?
- Any questions?
just listen to the ceo spiel, he does t give you any time to talk about yourself or ask qs it was so funny weird. he also gripes about workers which was kind of off putting
