Interview
After an initial conversation with the recruiter, the candidate is presented with a programming home assignment. After submitting the code via GitHub, a technical interview is scheduled with two engineers and later another interview with the CEO.
The candidate is provided with valuable feedback throughout the entire process, and communication is really good. The recruiter treats candidates with respect and provides great feedback. The exercise is not dificult, albeit a bit too long.
One of the best recruiting processes I've seen. I didn't get the offer, but I felt respected all the way.

Process Details:
• Interview Stages: The interview process was well-structured, with each stage designed to assess skills directly relevant to the iOS software engineering position. The take-home assignment was concise and focused, allowing candidates to showcase their abilities in a practical context without unnecessary pressure.
• Interview Content: I appreciated the absence of whiteboard interviews, which often don’t reflect real-world scenarios. Instead, the questions and discussions were directly related to the job, which made the process more meaningful and less stressful.
• Team Interaction: Throughout the process, from the recruiter to the engineers and the CTO, everyone was incredibly friendly and professional. This positive interaction provided a great insight into the company culture, making the experience enjoyable.
Offer & Decision:
• The Offer: The offer I received was competitive and reflected the company’s commitment to valuing its team members. It was a significant consideration in my decision-making process.
• Decision Reason: Despite the positive experience and the strong offer, I ultimately decided to accept a competing offer. This decision was based on factors outside of the interview process and company offer, which were exemplary.
Feedback & Recommendations:
• Positive Aspects: The relevance of the interview stages to the actual job, the professional and welcoming nature of the team, and the competitive offer are all practices that should be continued.
• For Future Candidates: I encourage future candidates to engage fully in the process. The company provides a genuine opportunity to demonstrate your skills in a supportive and realistic setting.
Closing Thoughts:
I want to extend my thanks to the entire team for a memorable and positive interview experience. The professionalism and friendliness I encountered speak volumes about the company culture. Although I chose to pursue another opportunity, I left with a high regard for the company and its approach to the hiring process.

Question 1
Many questions were focused about SwiftUI and data modelling so everyone who may consider a similar position should have a good knowledge how to tackle those

Interview
I was invited for an introduction call. It was a short call, like 10 minutes or so. The interviewer asked some basic questions. Nothing fancy or complex here. The next day I received a rejection. Rejection is ok but candidates deserve a bit more detailed feedback not just a copy-paste e-mail.
