iiNet interview questions

The whole process of the recuitment would take 4-5 weeks, and I failed in the second stage that with a tech lead. I didn't really prepared well for the interview, e.g. I listed a lot achievements of my previous job , however I didn't give enough details about them. I believe that would be the main reason I failed.

The interview process was simple and more a get to know session , rather than an intense interview. The panel makes you feel at ease. The interview was only a couple of minutes long.
