Instead of a screening they wanted me to share a video example from my portfolio demonstrating a feature/improvement you released. I told them I could not as I previously worked in enterprise SaaS and was not allowed to save nor maintain access to the platform once leaving. I kindly asked for an alternative, and they insisted they needed to see what I had worked on at my company which also happens to offer similar products. After asking for an alternative again I was ghosted thank god I dodged this scam.
had a couple of rounds with recruiter and hiring manager + panel interview. This was my second / third time interviewing for the company. The previous time, I made the final round and did a panel interview - I was not told anything for 3-4 weeks until they reached out and said that due to extraneous circumstances the role was put on pause. That was it. Then half a year later the role opened so I interviewed again with the hiring manager. I did another panel interview. I did not hear back for 3 weeks until I got a generic rejection. Very unprofessional...

Interview
In my personal experience, the interview process was one of the best. They responded swiftly and have a seamless, non conventional interview process that allows one to showcase themselves beyond the details of their resume and cover letter.

Question 1
After looking over your resume, we would like to see if you can share a video example from your portfolio that demonstrates a feature/improvement you released? Keep it to less than 3 minutes and explain what benefit(s) it brings to your users. We want to see something that you're proud of and that represents your current skill level. Just upload it to the google drive and send us the link. Be sure to set the sharing access so we can view it.
