After applying online, I was informed via email that my application was successful and that I have moved on to the second stage of the recruitment process. I scheduled a online interview with a HR representative at an available time convenient to me. On the day of the interview, I logged into a tutor chat portal with my user name and a password which was assigned to me. I then informed a online interviewers that I was ready for my appointed interview via a text. The recruiter then gave me instructions on how to login to my interview session. The interview is conducted in the a virtual classroom and the interview has two segments;The Interview and a mock tutoring section,where I was asked to demonstrate how I would teach a given lesson. I was given a lesson to teach in which I was given 10 minutes to prepare for it. Overall, I would say that the interview was good. I was unable to see the HR representative but it wasn't has intimating has I presumed it'd be.
