I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at iQor (Tempe, AZ) in Feb 2012
Interview
I received one phone call and a couple of emails as instructions/feedback on the skills test and background check. Compensation was not discussed. When I showed up for what I thought was a face to face interview, I discovered it was actually the first day of training. The first day of training felt more like a high school pep rally, than any actual training class.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
questions mainly revolved around scheduling availability and getting a feel for the personality of the person. "Is this a person who is desperate enough for a job that they'll work here for more than 3 months?"
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at iQor (Chaguanas) in Oct 2025
Interview
Simple, straight-forward. Remote interviews are conducted with staging rooms to facilitate both, open-door interviewees, and specific candidates with invites for select positions. Recruiters very helpful and polite, available at basically anytime and will honestly answer all of your questions. Entire process is transparent and well-communicated. They will make multiple attempts to reach you.
