I applied through online channel and got through two interviews, as there was a shuffling around jobs during the time, the decision making was slow. Eventually another candidate got the offer as he got more experience. They were happy about my performance and said would contact me when similar openings are available. (Did't know if it was out of politeness) I feel comfortable about the whole process as I've been in touch with them through Email, though the process did take much longer than I expected.
