All night shift employees are provided with cabs to, I believe 20 KM, from our offices. The cost for cabs requires them to be full. To provide you with single person cab service for your remote location, it would cost the company more than your entire salary. Those living beyond city limits come to centralized meeting points. If you lived 27 KMS away, your commute on your own would be 7 KMs each way. For people who live within the boundary, we do not charge for the service. We also pay a significant bonus for relocating closer to the office.
