Interview went well. The recruiter was so enthusiastic about my resume & skills I was so sure I would get an offer. The Director explained that I was selected 3 out of 150 resumes. I think he felt uneasy about the big salary cut I would take if he offered me the position.

15 min screening phone call. The salary was mentioned up front by the interviewer, and the conversation proceeded. The interviewer was the liaison between the supervisor and I. Interviewer sent email response for no hire.

Interview
Consisted of 3 interviews. 2 phone and 1 in person. Straightforward, basic interview questions. The process was fast, over a 2 week period, then there were computer tests (Word and Excel). Everyone was very nice and positive about the role and Company.
