The interviewer clearly laid out all information about the job opening. It was a pleasant discussion and next steps were clear. I appreciated the organized approach that make the interviewee feel included in the process.

Interview
Standard interview, great rapport with the team, then I got ghosted even after multiple follow ups asking for a status on my candidacy. I expected better from the team and a woman owned company.
