Interview
First call to express interest, then normal interview for around an hour and Java and SQL test. Second call to offer job and inform about salary. Offer usually last less than a week.

- How much do you know about our company?
- Where do you find our offer, through friends or online websites?
- Are you able to withstand stress?
- How good are you in Java?
- Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
- When can you start if we were to offer you this position?
Overall not too hard as long you speaks in average english vocabulary, understand what the company provides in products and services and able to present yourself to be able to adapt to the team dynamics
There would be 2 test papers given (1 techinical 1 logical) that need to do on the spot, then only proceed to interview. There would be a second interview with the boss if the first one passed.
