I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at iD Tech Camps in Mar 2022
Interview
Overall, the interview focused on teaching ability and experience. Started off with me explaining my background with teaching and kids. Next my interviewer, who was friendly, informed me about the wages, schedules, and class sizes. Then I was asked some questions about values and hypotheticals, which was challenging for me due to my lack of teaching experience. After that I did the demo lesson, and then was asked how I thought I did. Finally he asked one more hypothetical and we wrapped things up, him saying he'd contact me within a week regarding whether they'd have me continue to the next stage, which would be more on technical knowledge.

I interviewed at iD Tech Camps (New York, NY) in Apr 2020
Interview
It was fairly easy, it was over Zoom and the person asked my thoughts as to how I would approach teaching a certain topic. Also discussed the difference in teaching a beginner vs someone who had prior coding experience coming in.
