I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at iCrossing (New York, NY) in Jun 2025
Interview
Retained recruiter reached out. Went through 4 virtual interviews then one in person in NYC. 2 evenings prior to the in person interview, was given a surprise "homework assignment" consisting of creating a 60-120-180 day plan using their provided data and instructed to provide 15 page PPT deck. Had to take off a day and a half of work unexpectedly to complete their assignment and travel to their office for a scheduled 1 hour interview which turned into 2. Grilled on same questions they asked in 4 prior interviews. After all of that, complete disrespect for my time, they decided they were not moving forward. No feedback or explanation. Same questions with great feedback for 4 interviews turned into not moving ahead after 5th time. They got a great deck of free advice. Now I see why leadership has terrible reviews here. "Leadership" wants a magic wand to fix their ineptness and free advice. Ridiculous, disrespectful - completely dodged a bullet so thanks.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at iCrossing (New York, NY) in Mar 2016
Interview
Met with 4 people, including the Media Director, Account Director, VP of Media and President of Media. Approximately 30 minutes each. It was very conversational and the team pulled no punches when it came to describing the current environment and future plans given new executive leadership
