- She asked me a bunch of questions and my experiences and specifically why I left this and that companies rather than having interests in hearing my experience at my preview companies. It looked a little bit weird but I continued answering the questions . After the long run of questions, she asked me about my salary expectation. So I gave her my salary expectation and then she instantly declined my application by saying it's higher than they expect. I don't think it's not that high and I am surprised because she even didn't ask me about my flexibility or didn't give me their salary expectation range. I don't think they are transparent in the salary range and even look to hire senior level in a low budget. I don't recommend applying to this company. It's time wasting.
