They reached out to me 2 times. 1 year apart for the same role. The 1st time I went through 4 rounds of interviews, talked to the VP, and was waiting on the final decision. During the interview, they told me reason for hiring is a team member is retiring. The interview process lasted for 6 months, and they told me hiring freeze due to team restructuring. One year later, they reached out to me for the second time. This time reason for hiring is that a member is leaving the team so they needed back up. Went through 1 round of interview and they told me they’d get back to me within 1-2 weeks. 3 weeks later I got the rejection letter saying recruitment cancelled due to change of project. Seems like this company’s internal process is very unpredictable and there is no clear decision making. Not to mention the extremely delayed response. Reaching out to the same candidate twice without being able to follow through is a poor reflection of the company’s internal alignment and hiring process. Make people question how this corporate can be “the best place to work” and the validity of its value of investing in employees.
