Contacted right after application submission. Phone interview with the hiring manager, straightforward questions about design and CAD experience. Invited right away to take a tour of the shop and speak with other engineers.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at i3 Electronics (Endicott, NY) in May 2016

I interviewed with a third party employer, they interviewed me on site and gave me all of the information on the company and gave the basic interview. I then went through training and scanning on site closer to the start of my employment
