There were two rounds of interview.
1. Technical interview
2. Discussion with VP
I would rate Technical interview as medium level difficulty as interviewer had basic knowledge of BPM.
In later phase, had 15 minutes general discussions with Vice president. The purpose of the interview to check the communication level of candidate and his vision.

Just one phone call & I was selected. only phone call interview. very easy to get selected & you can use your friends to answer their questions. they dont do any screening, skype call or face to face. even your certificates will not be checked. they just send you to client place directly on first day.
