"The Worse, horrible, and a good example for a bad company!"
HR and Management both are worst. they people play with the condidate career. HR has not a single word technical knowledge, they will call you for an interview and if you gave the best answer still they will not select you. they people only doing so off. Please do go for the interview.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at i-exceed technology solutions (New Delhi)

I have given Two technical rounds ( technical and managerial) then VP round at the last HR.
Interview was quite good and quick response from the HR team.

Interview Process was very horrible . I had visit on correct time to this organization . After enter into it they have given one form that is not yet all necessary. it will take half an hour to fill , After that they told to wait for 10 min but the panel will come after half an hour. 1st round was written test. I have cleared 1st round . after that i waited for around 3 hours to attend next round . they are not giving importance to candidates .
