I applied online through sports direct, heard nothing for 2 months. Finally received an email asking me to book a time for an interview. Went to the interview on Monday morning and was let know on Tuesday morning of my job offer.

Easy as it was very laid back and informal. Got asked silly questions just to make sure I was a decent person. Also stuff about flexibility to work, are you a team player and had I any retail experience before.
