HR staff and hiring managers will be sweet to you while they want you on board. Then they leave you hanging and ghost you with no updates. Even after saying they will let you know, no matter what the decision is. Highly unprofessional and I'm glad I dodged that bullet. Still disappointed though as I wasted my time on them.
