Applied internally. The first round was with the manager, and the second round was with the senior manager. If an external candidate, there would be HR screening as well, as the first step.

Question 1
First round, I was asked why I was looking to switch and what changes I be bringing. The second round was more like a formality, where the SM discussed the role's expectations and whether it's something I can do.
I applied online. I interviewed at goeasy (Vancouver, BC)
Interview
I had originally understood the interview to be a one-on-one meeting, so I was a bit surprised when multiple applicants were scheduled at the same time. I waited very long for my turn, though the interview was just smooth, and the manager gave good feedback. Disappointed I didn't get the job. Not surprising because they invited too many candidates. I completely understand that hiring processes can change, though I think clearer communication beforehand would help candidates better prepare and manage expectations. And be more intentional with initial screening so as to save everyone's time.
The interview process started with an online assessment focused on customer service, sales scenarios, and basic math. After passing the assessment, I was invited to a short phone interview with a manager. The call lasted about 5–10 minutes and focused on my experience, comfort with sales and collections, and understanding of the role.
