I was rejected before even a screening call, despite being qualified for the position. Initially, I was understandably frustrated, but I was surprised and impressed when my request for feedback was answered in detail. The specific feedback and answers to my questions from the GiftHealth team left a positive impression on me. I hope to be able to apply for another role on this team soon.
