Long. Tedious. Ridiculous. It felt like a full-time job applying for this role.
Overall process I think took 2 months with no ending feedback. I feel lead on. Felt ghosted during long periods of non-correspondence.
1. Initial online correspondence.
2. Answering 3 questions before a phone call.
3. Phone call. (30 mins)
4. TestGorilla test (1 hour)
5. In person interview with a presentation about launching a new shade
6. "Paid" 3 day trial to see if I'm the right fit (didn't make it to this stage)
Salary: £28,000 to £40,000 depending on skills, experience and ability to take ownership.

Question 1
"Would you be okay with doing a "paid" trail to see if you're a right fit?"
I got red flags at this point because they go on to mention that they've been "burnt in the past". I feel like after all the process, you should know if someone is a good fit.
