This was the most “LA” interview I’ve ever had. First off, the interviewer mostly talked about herself for the entire interview, but that’s on because I mistook this as a sign we were genuinely connecting rather then the fake LA culture manifesting. When the interview was close to finishing she explicitly said, “I’m going to push for a second interview and we don’t have a culture of ghosting” however that’s what she proceeded to do after multiple attempt from me following to not response and the position being taken offline. I couldn’t help but wonder the purpose of her talking about herself during our interview and wasting my time without giving me the dignity to tell me that they went another way. In short, this is a bad company and be prepare to deal with fake LA stuff unless you are indeed fake yourself.
