First I had a screening call with the hiring manager which was followed by the interview with one of the technical team member 2 weeks later. They were great to communicate with, to ask questions and get proper answers. My final interview was with a person from a development team and it was not led professionally. The interviews are being recorded and they were recorded with the first two from the very beginning and 15 minutes late in the last one. I was asked questions from the start and the questions were answered from my end, but they were not recorded. I assume they do the evaluation based on the video recordings. I had a very hard time to connect with the interviewer and many questions weren't stated correctly. They also noted that it was their first time interviewing anyone. Also hearing back from them after each interview would take very long. My very first interview was on March 8th and my denial email was sent on April 24th.
