I applied online and followed up and they called me back for an interview within a week. I interviewed with the manager and got hired on the spot. She was very friendly and this was my first retail job.

Short, quick, and efficient interview process. Mostly spoke of availability, willingness to learn a protocol that asks you to be sociable and to approach customers, and willingness to embrace the tenets of the company.
