Interview
It was horrible. We met at Starbucks so it was quite unprofessional. The questions were very vague and even though that's not the problem, it made it hard to know what it was that they wanted to hear. Don't be too honest because it seemed like they wanted to hear the generic job answers and not your honest opinions.
Pretty fast, it started with a phone call and then in person interview. After the interview in-person, you are onboarded fast and watch some training videos. After that, you are on the floor and also trained on the register.

Question 1
How much or if I had any experience working retail
One on one interview, asked general questions for retail. I did notice that they are interested in availability more than anything. Had a portion in the end with fake scenarios.
It was an easy process and straightforward. The questions are about what the job entails to see if you would be a good fit. The interview was with the store manager.
