Interview
Super easy. 1:1, One interview with Store Manager. Normally asked to style clothing but I was not. Also there is normally and interview with the GM if he/she is available.

Question 1
Asked basic questions for a retail interview such as "Tell me about a time when you had to deal with a difficult customer." "Why do you want to work at Francesca's" "What is you go-to movie night outfit."
Pretty fast, it started with a phone call and then in person interview. After the interview in-person, you are onboarded fast and watch some training videos. After that, you are on the floor and also trained on the register.

How much or if I had any experience working retail
One on one interview, asked general questions for retail. I did notice that they are interested in availability more than anything. Had a portion in the end with fake scenarios.
It was an easy process and straightforward. The questions are about what the job entails to see if you would be a good fit. The interview was with the store manager.
