Very quick! They ask more personable questions that describe your personality over your experience. Expect what’s your favorite animal and more questions on your answer to “tell me about yourself” Will have one in person and one phone with the district manager but may very.

Interview
First interviewed for a stylist position in person with a manager then over the phone with the DM for a sales lead/key holder position. I have zero retail experience but a lot of customer service experience and some managerial experience working in zoos in education and as a zookeeper. I also monitor in business management so I think that helped. Focus on how great u are at communicating and you should do well. Interviewed within a week. In person then over the phone. Got an offer 1 day after phone interview.
