Got contacted via LinkedIn by HR. I got the first interview by phone in the morning and after making the cut, a second interview onsite for the same day. Both HR manager and CTO were really clear with every single point of my potential tasks and responsibilities. More than a job interview it was a relaxed conversation between colleagues going through requirements and expectations from both sides to see if we could work together. Next step was an additional interview with CPO, but I got an offer from another company.
