Interview
I had first initial call with recruiter then they gave me a coding assignment. It was a full fledge application instead of an assignment. It took so much time to complete that application. After submission, I got no response from them. Upon asking they said they require someone with more experience.

Although my cv and experience was already shared with them. If they think a candidate does not have required experience they should not be given a full application (Including unit test and e2e tests) as a coding challenge.
