Also, the owner/director came sleepy without any interest in the interview or in his company. He is focused on turning it from accounting outsourcing firm to a recruitment firm and then sell it off. I felt no passion from him for his own company. Also while applying they will put pay in a bracket but after clearing first round if you're not agreeing to the lowest number irrespective of your experience they will not progress you through to the next round. Try not to show too much passion for this company even if you somehow believe that this is the perfect place as while interviewing they will be sleeping or will not pay attention. The job market is tough in 2024 so they have the advantage of coming in the interview sleepy or uninterested but if you have any other offer or are already working think twice before making decision.
