It was an extensive process for a relatively junior position - 20 min screening interview followed by a 1.5 hour (!) interview with hiring manager. This is then followed by 2 hours of at home writing tests and the final stage is another in-person interview with an executive. My main concern was that they were offering a very low salary - even below the salary range advertised for the position.
