I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at excelerateds2p (London, England) in Dec 2022
Interview
Very relaxed and friendly first stage interview which took place on Teams. It felt very comfortable. The second stage was arranged pretty quickly and it was a competency based interview with the Director and HR Manager. It felt like a chat so a great experience.

Interview
I had a very short phone screening with the recruiter. She just asked me a couple of things about my experience, but we didn’t discuss it in detail. She immediately arranged a final stage interview for the following week because they needed someone asap. This face to face final interview was supposed to be with the hiring manager, but as soon as I got there, the recruiter told me he wasn’t available so the interview was going to be with her again. She asked me questions about my personality but we didn’t talk about my experience. She said they would let me know their decision by the end of the week, but I didn’t hear back from them. After about a week, they sent a generic email saying they decided not to proceed with my application. Honestly, I’m glad they didn’t offer the role, it was unprofessional and a waste of time
