Very professional, multiple team members present at once. Interested in who you are as a person and not just an employee. Was offered a job but did not feel like compensation matched the amount of work that would be required.

Interview
HR interviews you via phone. If that works out, you interview via phone with the VP of Client Services. If I remember correctly, I think the next step is an interview in the office that includes meeting with the CEO.

Typical questions for a basic position that isn't that challenging or interesting - but of course, they do their best to make you think how lucky you'd be to have it. Warning: part of the position is sporadically taking service calls over the weekend from customers "to better learn the products."
