I reached the initial interview with talent aquisition. The interviewer was super warm and even keen to exchange personal interests during the interview. I was basically asked to introduce myself to give further details from what the CV shows.
I give them a negative score because the way the interview went got my hopes up, only to receive a week later a generic and probably scheduled "Your application at [Company Name]" type of message where they say that you're rejected but let you know that you are enough, AKA the new ghosting.
Why it got my hopes up? During the interview I was told "A few departments are interested in your profile". Also, we discussed in detail my notice period, and when I would be available to start. I was also told that I could get back to the HR interviewer if I had any questions. If the interview was on a Friday, he did not respond to my message on Wednesday and got the generic rejection message the next Friday afternoon.
