recruiter reached out initially on LinkedIn and had a 30 min call, followed by an email of 5 questions that he wanted answers about. Was told that it would be 3-4 rounds of interviews: 2 with the same hiring manager (1 interview 30mins and the second an hour), a presentation (1hour), and a final with the VP (30 min). Each interview was an hour long and then the presentation. After I completed all rounds and spoke with the VP- they then come back to me and say they want me to create an entire GTM strategy for the role I will be in. I proceeded to do so and submitted a 6 page GTM strategy to then be told they are going to pass and I was informed that I was the ONLY candidate who has made it this far. It was very disappointing. I did enjoy learning about the company.
