Das Gespräch war ganz angenehm und in lockerer Atmosphäre. Das Unternehmen hat sich als moderner Arbeitgeber präsentiert, der seinen Mitarbeitern viele Freiräume einräumt und am Unternehmen beteiligt. Alle meine Fragen wurden vollständig beantwortet, auch Dinge, die nicht umsetzbar sind, wurden klar benannt. Das Gespräch empfand ich als authentisch.
