Applied through Linkedin, got a call back immediately from the hr. Time was setup to speak with the CTO to which he showed up very late with no notice. After the next stage (presentation on past work), took several weeks to come back and no response to my multiple emails. HR was organising “how to recruit properly “ seminars in the meanwhile and posting all over linkedin. I Declined their request for next steps after being ghosted for so many weeks. Decided to go with a company who respected my time and effort. They were randomly recruiting with no clear goal or requirement and just wasting time. Probably have money to burn.
